Poor bathroom, a little too small room.

Well-designed room with climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel TV, and very comfy bed. Amazing views all around. Great and magnificent location for our visit to Times Square at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Very lovely overall experience. Wonderful base for 3 nights. Excellent modern and stylish hotel in a central location close to everything. Based adjacent to all major attractions, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue and Times Square and central Manhattan. Good and excellent food. 

Thoughtful and extremely friendly staff who cared about me. Central location was a plus. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Park Avenue Tavern.

Stayed there for trip and had a VERY LOVELY experience, so I would stay here again. The empire king room was nicely furnished and had a safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The location it offers is unbeatable and incredible, right by the city center next to Bryant park and both Times Square and Empire State Building. The staff are all thoughtful and extremely friendly.

Plus, the location is perfect and comfortable, minutes from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. And its nestled in a very elegant building short walk to Bryant Park.

The units are themed, new-fashioned with bathroom and very comfy bed.
